SUBMITTING A LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM (US. AND CANADA)
To make a warranty claim, you must contact True Sports directly, do not contact your True Sports retailer.
Please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:
- Complete the form below for Hockey Products
- True Sports will inspect images of the damaged product to determine if the damage was caused by normal use or if there is evidence of misuse, tampering, abuse, or deception. Do not physically ship any damaged product to True Sports unless you have been asked to do so.
- If your claim meets our policy requirements, True Sports will send you a return authorization number (RA) within 5 business days along with instructions on what to do with the damaged product.
- If True Sports determines that your product is covered by the warranty, True Sports will at its sole option and in its sole discretion (1) replace your product with the same model or (2) replace your product with a comparable model should your product be discontinued or otherwise unavailable, or (3) repair your product, or (4) provide you with a voucher to be used toward the purchase of other true hockey products.
True Sports will pay normal ground freight charges to send back the replacement products.
True Sports reserves the right to refuse warranty service to any person who, in True Sports' sole discretion, abuses its products or warranty policy.
