How do I Cancel my Order?

All orders process very quickly to provide you with the best level of service, and therefore we most likely cannot cancel orders that are processing. You may reach out to Customer Service at Contact Us and we can provide you with further assistance on the status of your order.

Where do I enter a promotional or discount code?

Enter a promotional/discount code on the final Checkout page. Find the field called "Discount Code" and enter your code, then click "Apply Discount" before proceeding to checkout.

How can I pay for my order?

TrueTemperSports.com accepts the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), PayPal, Klarna or eGift Card.

Can I purchase/pay with a gift card?

TrueTemperSports.com accepts Gift Cards issued online. Gift Card amount can be applied as payment in Checkout.

How do I check my Gift Card balance?

To check your Gift Card balance, log into your Account and navigate to Gift Cards Tab

What if I find a lower price after I have purchased from your site?

You can buy with confidence from True Temper Sports. If an item you have purchased from TrueTemperSports.com goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your original purchase, True Temper Sports will refund the difference. Price Protection Policy only applies to products sold by True Temper Sports. True Temper Sports reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time.

What is True Temper Sport's return policy?

True Temper Sports offers returns on most items purchased on our site within 30 days of receipt of order shipment.

Please note that custom product orders are final and cannot be returned.

Please follow these additional guidelines when making a return to TrueTemperSports.com:

  • Returned items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (includes box, wrapping or plastic poly bag).
  • Clothing items must be unworn and still in new condition with all tags and packaging.
  • No receipt is necessary to process your return, but your order number needs to referenced on original or re-printed packing slip.
  • The online return form will ask for your order number. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email, or by logging into your account.



  • Can I exchange a product?

    We do not offer exchanges on TrueTemperSports.com. If you need a different item, please start a Return for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

    Can I return a product that was a gift?

    Yes. However, please be advised that if the return is accepted, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment. If your product was purchased through an authorized dealer, you will need to contact the dealer to facilitate your return. If your product was purchased directly on TrueTemperSports.com, you can return it as long as it meets our return guidelines.

    Can I return a product to TrueTemperSports.com that was purchased from an authorized dealer?

    We are only able to process e-commerce returns for products that were purchased on TrueTemperSports.com. If you purchased a product from an authorized dealer, please inquire about returning it by contacting the dealer directly.

    How do I start return for a product that was purchased on TrueTemperSports.com?

    To start the return process, log in to your TrueTemperSports.com Account.


    On the Account Summary page, locate the Orders tab. Select the order from which you wish to return a product. To start the return process, click on the 'Return' link and select the product for return and submit the required form information. We will review your request within 2 business days and approve for a return plus a prepaid return shipping label that will be emailed to you. The status of your return can be found in the 'My Returns' section or your Account

    Can I return a product that was purchased from a True Temper Sports Dealer or Retail Store?

    Unfortunately we are only able to process returns for products purchased directly on Truetempersports.com. If you purchased a True Temper Sports product elsewhere from an authorized dealer or retail store, please inquire about returning it by contacting the dealer directly.

    How do I return a product paid for using Klarna as my payment method?

    As soon as your return is received, we will issue a refund and any Klarna payments already made will be refunded to your original payment method and your remaining payments for that purchase will be canceled.     What is the limited warranty policy?

    True Temper Sports carry a limited warranty that varies by product type. Please refer to the chart below.

    How long does it take for a warranty claim to be reviewed and processed?

    Once you have submitted the warranty form, we will review your claim within 7 business days and will contact you as soon as the review is complete.

    SHIPPING

    When will my order ship?

    We do our very best to process your order as fast as possible between Monday-Friday. Any orders received after 12:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day. If you requested Ground shipping, your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours from our warehouse. Orders with expedited shipping placed before 12pm CST will ship the same day.

    US Expedited FedEx (3-4 business days)
    US Express Overnight FedEx (1-2 business days, depending on region)

    Shipments to Canada via Purolator can take up to 7 - 14 business days to update any tracking information, but please know that the package is still moving through their network even though no updates happen to the online tracking.

    How will my order be shipped?

    TrueTemperSports.com orders will ship via FedEx to US destinations and via Purolator to Canada.

    Can I ship to an international address?

    TrueTemperSports.com can only ship orders to the United States & Canada

    What is the cutoff time for Expedited or Express delivery?

    If you requested Ground shipping, your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours from our warehouse. Orders with expedited shipping placed before 12pm CST will ship the same day. All shipping estimates provided are business days, please allow additional time for shipping over weekends.

    What is the shipping and handling cost for my order?

    Ground, Expedited and Express shipping fees to the US & Canada will be displayed in your Shopping Cart.

    How do I track my order?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will provide a link to track your order. In addition, you may login to Your Account and view your Order tracking information.

    Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

    No, unfortunately True Temper Sports cannot ship to APO/FPO address.

    You will have an opportunity to enter a promotional/discount code on the shopping cart page. Once you've added everything you are ordering to your shopping cart, there is a field to enter your code on the right side of the page. Enter your code, then click "Apply" before proceeding to checkout.
